Who can request our services?
We can provide our services to all the categories of people:
- Individuals of all ages, sexes and genders, physical appearances, ethnicities, cultures, spiritual orientations or religious traditions, social backgrounds, economic classes, professional statuses, marital and family statuses, etc., this list being non-exhaustive
- Including but not limited to students of all levels from school to university
- Groups of Individuals, such as Couples, Families, Households, groups of Friends
- Communities of all categories, including but not limited to
- Neighbourhoods, villages, towns, cities
- Ethnic, cultural, linguistic communities

Age of Majority
Minors of age (age of majority may vary according to the country) should be authorised by their parents or legal guardians, who should be clearly informed and provide informed consent, to receive our Services.
In the case where such an authorisation would be an issue for legitimate reasons that the minor would be innocent of or a victim of, then we would search for an ethical and legal solution that would make possible our help to the minor, protecting them from harm, without harming their relationship with their parents or legal guardians and in respect of their authority, and in respect with the law.
Why request our services? What could you need that we can provide you?
You may:
- Be emotionally suffering: we will guide you and accompany you to search for and discover, to know and understand, your state and what you feel, the cause of it, how to solve it and heal from it and find peace
- Have difficulties in your life: we will guide you and accompany you to find solutions and to apply them
You may also:
- Have results to achieve, and you need help or want support to do so: we will provide you with the help and support that you need, through guidance and transmission of knowledge. This includes but is not limited to:
- Teaching to students of all levels, from school to university
- Guiding professionals to develop in their career
- Be interested in experiencing and/or learning some new topics or activities: we will guide you and transmit you the knowledge related to them
- Feel the need to give your life a direction: we will guide you and accompany you to search for and find your path

Meeting Sessions details
Sessions Duration
Our Services are provided in Sessions, either Individual, either in Groups of Individuals, according to your choice.
Our primary units of time to work are the natural cycles of the human body and brain activity during the day, that are 1/16 of a day or 1 hour and 30 minutes, these are called a Cycle, and they define the duration of a Unit Session.
They are the minimum duration of a Session to be complete in its whole content from the beginning to the end, and this duration cannot be shortened to less time or else it will be insufficient to perform all that is necessary to be done.
According to your needs and requests, the work performed with you during a day may last many cycles of 1 hour and 30 minutes each, thus constituting Longer Sessions.
1 cycle of rest is necessary at the transition from a quarter of day to another, thus at midday (around 12:00) and at sunset (around 18:00).
The maximum number of cycles of work during a day are as following:
- During the quarter of a day or the half of a daytime (6:00 – 12:00 morning; 12:00 – 18:00 afternoon): maximum 3 cycles = 4 hours 30 minutes
- During the evening (18:00 – 0:00): maximum 2 cycles = 3 hours
- Full daytime (6:00 – 18:00): maximum 6 cycles = 9 hours
- Full daytime and evening (6:00 – 0:00): maximum 8 cycles = 12 hours
Weekdays and Hours
Our availabilities are generally as follows:
- From Monday to Friday
- During daytime from 9:00 to 18:00: we are generally open for Sessions
- The evening from 18:00 to 21:00: it might be possible depending on our availability
- Saturday: if necessary and depending on our availability, it might be possible from 10:30 to 16:30
- Sunday: we are not available for Sessions. Exclusively in case of exceptional circumstances of necessity and urgency and in absence of alternative, in the case we happen to be available, we might find time from 12:00 to 16:30
Hours are in Local Time
- Brussels: CET / UTC+1 (November to March), CEST / UTC+2 (April to October)
Location
As much as possible, Sessions should be held at our House, where you should come to for meeting us.
If you need or prefer to have Sessions at your home, or at another place, it is possible as long as the travel there is and remains feasible in reasonable time and conditions, in the same city we are in (such as Brussels) and its immediate neighbourhood.
If the travel to your home or place of choice would take too long time or be in too difficult conditions, for example if you live or want to meet in another city or even another country, then there are 2 possibilities among which you can chose:
- Either we charge you for the price of:
- The travel that would be done by means of transport allowing reasonable conditions and duration, such as: taxi, train, plane flight
- The hotel in the case that a roundtrip would not be feasible reasonably within the day and that we would need to spend at least one night in your city
- Either we perform the Session by videoconference

Important Information
Language
Please note that we speak French and English, so we can communicate in both languages.
In the case where you wouldn’t speak either of these languages fluently enough, then communication would be too difficult to work, progress and complete results during the Sessions. In such case, you might engage someone to translate between your language and ours, at your own expense, if you trust them with potential private and confidential information exchanged between us; however, please note that having all communications translated by a third person as an intermediary could somehow hinder the flow of life, presence, and feelings between us, and thus may alter the quality of the experience.
Trust, Privacy and Confidentiality
During a Session Meeting, either with an Individual or with a Group of Individuals, that is Private, that is done in a safe place where all the present individuals implicitly trust each other to respect their Privacy and Confidentiality even without needing to explicit it:
All that happens, and all information that is exchanged between us, is and remains Private and Confidential, and must never be disclosed to anyone.
IF the concerned Individual expresses freely from any pressure or constraint and from their own initiative, their decision that some of the information pertaining to them be disclosed to some specific persons, individuals or organisations, expressing their decision in a clear, explicit and informed manner with no ambiguity nor any risk of misunderstanding, then only and solely in such specific case may, at the concerned individual’s decision, the requested information be provided to the persons of their choice.
