Trademark

The following objects and elements are the Sole and Exclusive Intellectual Property of Iskander ElFihri ElFassi and of the One All World Organisation:

  • The name « One All World» is a Trademark – ™, as are its translations in other languages (examples for illustration: « Un Tout Monde », « Uno Todo Mundo », « Eins Alle Welt », etc. – non-exhaustive list)
  • The logo of the One All World Organisation, as a sign and graphic and visual design representing the One All World, the Organisation and the Community, consisting of (simplified description): a circular ring of golden light, which centre is white and golden and surrounded by a first disc of a colour graded from yellow to red, itself surrounded by a second disc of a colour graded from cyan to blue, itself surrounded by the golden ring of light
  • The name « One All World », and all its translations in other languages, in its image form that is graphically and visually stylised, consisting of (simplified description): « One» and its translations being a shade of red, « All » and its translations being a shade of blue, « World » and its translations being a shade of golden yellow, the text being in a specific font and with some graphical effects

The Exclusive and Protected Intellectual Property of their Author and Owner are all the following elements, regardless of their nature, form, format, size, location, age, origin, provenance, such as (non-exhaustive list):

  • All the Organisation’s websites, regardless of their precise URL / web address, their prefixes (http or https, with or without www, etc.), their extensions (.org, .com, etc.), etc.
  • All the contents of the Organisation’s websites, objects, information, documents, text and writings, images, videos that are or that may be in it

All Personal Information and Communications are Strictly Private and Confidential. Their non-exhaustive list is as follows:

    • Legal information and documents
  • Professional Information within the One All World Organisation or any other organisation regardless of its identity, nature, and form
    • Authority, Rank, Function, Role, Position, Title
    • Telephone number, email address, postal address
  • Personal and/or Private Communications and all their contents, including the attached and enclosed files, whether included in the body text or attached or enclosed separately
    • Emails
    • Telephone and SMS communications
    • Exchanges on discussion forums
    • Communications on videoconferencing and/or messaging or chat platforms (Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, etc.)
    • Private or public exchanges on social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)

You do NOT have our permission, you are NOT allowed, and you are strictly PROHIBITED, to use, utilise, share, copy, duplicate, replicate, reproduce, disclose, distribute, disseminate, display publicly, or make accessible on the internet, any of them, in whole or in part.

If you receive any of these objects, information, communications, or documents, while you are not the intended recipient or by mistake, you must NOT use, utilise, share, copy, duplicate, replicate, reproduce, disclose, distribute, disseminate, display publicly, or make accessible on the internet, any of them, and PLEASE:

  • Inform us immediately by any way possible: face to face, email, telephone call, written or vocal message, etc.
  • Do NOT keep neither make any copy nor attempt any way to retain them nor any of their contents (information, attached and enclosed files / documents and/or items)

    • The specific, explicit, and complete part that you would like to cite or quote
    • The destination of your citation or quotation
      • The specific, exact, and precise place where you want to cite or quote, such as:

        • Writing: blog, article, book…
        • Video: YouTube, elsewhere…
        • Social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
        • Etc.
      • The persons or the public to whom the citation or quotation is intended to be addressed
      • The purpose of the citation and quotation
  • Once your request message is sent to us, please wait for our response before taking any further action
    • Please note that our response may not be immediate nor quick, but it may take some time. We will answer you as soon as possible
  • We will answer you with a response that may be either:
    • Negative: for various reasons, we may consider that the citation or quotation that you requested may not be appropriate, for example: being incomplete or taken out of context thus conveying another meaning than the intended one; being not appropriate to the place you want to include it; being not appropriate to the persons you intend to read you, etc.
    • Conditional: we may consider that you can cite or quote from us only at some conditions, that may vary, for example: that you complete the part you want to cite or quote with more complete or additional information; that you include it in another place than intended; that you address it to other persons than intended to, etc.

  • In the case that you receive from us a positive response (or a conditional response) formally and explicitly authorising you, then please do so by following our instructions as following, and by following as well any additional instructions that we may include in our response:
    • Cite or quote only the specific parts that you requested and that we authorised, and the potential ones that we may have required you to add, and no other part that you did not request or that we did not authorise for citation / quotation
